At 3 PM on November 19, 2021, I logged in to my online account (bcbsil.com; username GLOBALUNIVERSITY) with you. I would like to include the following facts in the record.

I have enclosed a list of entities. I was not helped. They wasted my time. They lied to me. They know about the intentional harms from others and maintained criminal silence and enhanced my stress. This is relevant to counseling services from COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTERS and PILLARS COMMUNITY HEALTH. They provided substandard professionals who demonstrated a lack of problem-solving skills relevant to their job. They mismanaged the issues. The process had to be stopped. They owe me for the damages. You may have to submit counter claims to them.

I feel extremely stressed due to the harms caused by others. Specialized counselors have to be arranged to fix these issues. I have asked for 10 billion dollars in damages.
Former presidents of United States and their families, existing presidents and their families, and their cabinets also owe me damages. Combined damages totaling 10 billion dollars must be recovered from them. Cases have to be reopened. Specialized counselors have to be arranged to fix these issues. You may have to arrange specialized counselors from your list for me.
I have enclosed some documents that can help you recover the damages.

The value of their service was not even five dollars per hour. They repeatedly wasted my time. Issues were not resolved. I had to author special guidelines for their professionals, administrators, and others so that they would get educated.

The specific physician was told I sneeze at least twice in the morning at this point. The specific physician could not prescribe medication to control my sneezing. There was no medication.
